Concrete weighbridges are extremely useful tools for many sectors. One of these is the construction sector.
âž¡ The interesting features for the sector are resistance to oxidation and atmospheric agents, robustness against aging, multirange, and advanced self-diagnostic functions.
👷 A practical case: Iron Beton 👷
Iron Beton was founded in 1974 and specializes in installing steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete on construction sites.
The requirements the client asked us to meet were as follows:
- A weighing solution that would allow crossing the weighbridge transversely
- Perfect compliance with regulations for both equipment and software
- A reliable partner, capable of providing prompt, comprehensive, and truthful answers
The SCA weighbridge was the answer to the first point.
Our certified software, as well as our weighbridges, the answer to the second.
The ongoing collaboration with Iron Beton is proof of the third.
âš– The other advantages âš–
Both our equipment and our software are fully compatible with Industry 4.0, which allowed Iron Beton to obtain attractive tax benefits when purchasing the SCA weighbridges.
Thanks to our software, moreover, each weighbridge can communicate directly with your management system, greatly simplifying and speeding up operations.
Furthermore, the extreme resistance to external agents, structural robustness, and self-diagnostic system make SCA concrete weighbridges an investment with very high ROI and minimal maintenance costs.
