We at Coop Bilanciai were born and raised in Campogalliano, Modena, the city of Scales par excellence, a city to which we are particularly attached.
That’s why we support local organizations in our community, and we do so also through welfare programs for our employees.
Because we believe that promoting the well-being of the community and of the people who are part of Coop Bilanciai are goals to pursue every day… Together!
Polisportiva di Campogalliano: where feeling good is at home
Founded in 1984, the Polisportiva di Campogalliano represents a place of gathering, sports, and health.
The Club promotes multiple sports activities: from soccer to tennis, from volleyball to basketball, from gymnastics to dance, from judo to parkour, from boxing to motocross, from running to fishing, and much more.
We at Coop Bilanciai support the activities of the Polisportiva, promoting—right at this location—various corporate welfare initiatives for our employees.
Corporate sports to stay in shape
Among the numerous welfare programs that we at Coop Bilanciai offer our employees, many take place at the Polisportiva di Campogalliano.
For example, our people can benefit from:
- 3 weekly classes of Pilates and functional training
- Tennis courts twice a week
- The pool during lunch break, all summer long
- 2 weekly classes of aquagym
All of this free of charge, thanks to the partnership that Coop Bilanciai has created with the Polisportiva di Campogalliano.
A partnership that simultaneously allows us to: promote the well-being of our employees, build team spirit among our people, and support local organizations in the community.
But the corporate welfare initiatives promoted by Coop Bilanciai don’t stop here.
We also offer our employees the opportunity to enjoy an ironing service, speak with a professional counselor, and use a Locker to send and receive packages more conveniently, safely, and quickly.
