The precision and reliability of your weighing instruments has been our priority for over 30 years.
In 1989 we opened our Laboratory and, in the same year, became part of the Italian Calibration Service as a SIT Calibration Center.
But this is not enough for us. We want more: we want to guarantee our customers verifications that attest to certified quality.
For this reason – in 2011 – we decided to join Accredia, the only accreditation body in Italy that ensures the metrological traceability of calibrations performed to national and international standards.
Over the years, we have continued to grow, consolidating our expertise, extending our accreditation fields and innovating our technologies.
So much so that today we specialize in…
Forces, masses, quantities
Unlike other laboratories, the heart of our activity focuses on three types of verifications:
- The calibration of FORCES: such as – for example – load cells, which can be tested in tension, compression or both
- The calibration of MASSES: for all weighing systems where every gram makes a difference
- The calibration of QUANTITIES
In our decades of activity we have verified countless instruments, issuing more than 1,900 certificates per year.
Great results, which attest to a history in which passion, professionalism and gender equality have always been paramount.
It is no coincidence, therefore, that our LAT Calibration Center is under…
Female leadership
Morena Casali is the manager who – for over 15 years – has directed our Calibration Center.
A leading role that, in our country, is rarely held by women: only 12 female directors – out of a total of 195 positions – head a laboratory of this type.
Having joined the Coop Bilanciai staff in 1982, today Morena leads a large team boasting around forty qualified resources.
A close-knit team that – every day – serves numerous companies like yours to calibrate weighing instruments and assign LAT certifications.
