In particular, there are three social initiatives we have supported for a long time that we invite you to participate in as well.
In Sella alla Vita
Among the many projects that the Equestrian Center carries out in collaboration with the soldiers of the Military Academy of Modena, there is one that—to us at Coop Bilanciai—is particularly close to our hearts.
It is the In sella alla vita project, an initiative that aims for the integration of children with disabilities through equestrian discipline.
Proximity to the world of horses, the creation of technical equipment such as horseshoes, and—even—the possibility of riding some of the horses in the Academy’s stables, has allowed for the creation of an extraordinary pedagogical journey…
…In which children’s fears are overcome like obstacles!
The ANT Foundation
The second organization we support is ANT.
Founded in Bologna in 1978, ANT is a national non-profit organization whose goal is to provide medical assistance, nursing, and psychological support at home for cancer patients, at no cost to their families.
In addition, it offers free cancer prevention projects for everyone.
Invaluable services that—from 1985 to today—have already helped over 149,000 patients across 11 Italian regions.
The Foundation’s creed is summarized in the term Eubiosia, the good life, understood as the set of qualities that give dignity to life at any stage of the illness.
The Emilia-Romagna Foundation for Victims of Crime
Our commitment to families in difficulty within the region also includes our support for families who are victims of crime.
Every year, the Emilia-Romagna Foundation for Victims of Crime receives over 30 requests for help from families in the Emilia-Romagna region who have suffered the most serious crimes, such as murder, violence, robbery, and abuse.
In its first 15 years of activity, the Foundation:
- Collected 405 applications
- Helped 874 people
- Provided contributions of nearly 3 million euros
And it will continue to do so in the future… because together we can make a difference.
