This is why we are proud to support our territory, standing alongside unique organizations like the Emilia-Romagna Foundation for Crime Victims.
On the side of victims, without compromise
Established in 2004 on the initiative of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Foundation is a unique organization in Italy created with the intent to offer immediate support to victims of the most serious crimes.
Such as robberies, assaults, gender-based violence, stalking, and homicides.
The Foundation provides emergency response actions to citizens, ensuring various forms of support.
From educational support for the victim’s children to coverage of medical expenses or rent, from assistance for victims of violence to concrete donations to address the most urgent needs.
In nearly twenty years of activity, the Foundation has:
- Supported more than 450 requests
- Helped over 1,000 people, the vast majority women and children
- Distributed over 3.5 million euros, thanks to contributions from the Region and over seventy local organizations like us

Why did we decide to support the Foundation and become members?
Because for us at Coop Bilanciai, a true community knows how to care for the citizens of its territory—even and especially—in the most difficult moments.
This is why our support is not limited to membership fees. We want to be on the front lines alongside the Foundation.
That’s why we organize and support events aimed at raising awareness in the community and promoting the Foundation’s activities.
Such as the show Without Compromise, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Modena and which featured the participation of writer Carlo Lucarelli —President of the Foundation—and the Farthan Choir at the renowned Teatro Storchi in Modena.
