Gender Equality. Equal Opportunity. In a country shaken by recent news events, these principles take on even more importance, if possible.
What we at Coop Bilanciai want is a workplace without prejudice, where anyone can do their best with the certainty that their commitment will be recognized.
Gender Equality Certification
For us, it is not enough to say that our workplace respects the principles of equal opportunity. We want to prove it through a certificate issued by an independent third-party body.
This is why we have begun the journey that will lead us to achieve the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification by spring 2024.
A certification that attests to the maturity reached in terms of inclusion across 6 different areas of corporate life:
- Culture and strategy
- Governance
- HR process
- Growth opportunities in gender-neutral companies
- Pay equity by gender
- Protection of parenthood and work-life balance
An awareness path towards inclusion and the valorization of diversity that spans the entire company, at all levels, organized in collaboration with the Cooperativa Lunenuove, our local partner in Campogalliano, which handled the training activities.
A better world, for everyone
A fair world is a better world.
Being chosen based on your skills and not on prejudice.
Having better protection for parenthood regardless of gender.
Being able to count on a more sustainable work-life balance.
These are achievements for our entire society.
Because, as is often said, equity is the essence of justice. And for us, who have always dealt with scales and weighing systems, there can be no justice without a perfect balance.
