What does the fund provide?
The provision of non-repayable grants for projects that promote innovation and increased productivity in the agriculture, fishing, and aquaculture sectors.
Who is eligible for the incentives?
The funds are aimed at Agricultural SMEs, Fishing SMEs, and Agromechanical SMEs that have been active for at least 2 years.
To access the incentives, your company must invest, per individual application, an amount between 70,000 and 500,000 euros (10,000 euros for Fishing SMEs).
Does your company operate in the agriculture or fishing sector?
For you, there is a first-demand ISMEA Guarantee that is free on bank loans to cover part of the investment share not financed by the fund’s grant.
What expenses are eligible?
The financing covers the expenses of companies that want to invest in better technologies.
In particular, technologies for:
- digital business management
- the use of machinery, robotic solutions, sensors, 4.0 platforms and infrastructures such as tools for loading, unloading, handling, weighing, and automatic sorting of parts
- water conservation and reduction of chemical use and for the use of by-products
The investments must also meet certain IT requirements, such as the presence of light interconnection systems to transmit outgoing data.
