We have reached the end of our virtual tour of custom weighing applications.
We conclude this journey with the fourth special case, that of a company in the steel industry that turned to us at Coop Bilanciai midway through the project…
The fourth type of customization: special solutions that integrate the systems you already have in your company
Creating new and special solutions can be complex. Creating them starting from machinery already present in your company is often even more difficult.
But not for us at Coop Bilanciai.
With decades of experience working alongside companies like yours, we at Coop Bilanciai know the needs of your sector and know how to offer you targeted solutions.
Advanced weighing systems that adapt to your company’s needs – and not the other way around – even by integrating the machines you already have.
The practical case: everything your steelwork needs to function
A well-known company operating in waste collection and storage turned to us at Coop Bilanciai to find a complementary solution for its mobile weighbridge.
In particular, the client already had a mobile platform for transporting metal waste.
What they were looking for was an additional system that would allow communication between the various storage points in the plant.
Our solution
The bespoke solution we created at Coop Bilanciai includes a wireless system equipped with:
- Load Cells
- Terminals
- Radio communication tools
- Specific batteries
High-end electronic elements, designed and configured to adapt to, integrate, and enhance the performance of the mechanical structure already present in the company.
In this way, the client obtained everything they needed: an advanced bespoke solution, perfectly suited to interact with their mobile platform.
