For us at Coop Bilanciai, Welfare doesn’t stop at our company’s borders.
In fact, in addition to the numerous projects dedicated to our employees, we also like to put ourselves at the service of our community, supporting external projects that aim for a broader welfare – which we call Community Welfare – where well-being merges withinclusion.

🐎 A Life in the Saddle 🐎
Promoted by ASD Equilandia – a family-run Amateur Sports Association, in collaboration with Il Centauro – the project A Life in the Saddle is aimed at certified students from elementary, middle, and high schools in the Modena area.
The first edition of this annual project concluded last June and saw the young participants experience special and exciting moments.
At the riding center, the certified youth, alongside their schoolmates, not only engaged in horseback riding activities – proven beneficial by numerous scientific evidence regarding hippotherapy – but also rediscovered ancient trades…
Such as that of the farrier, the stable hand, and the gardener!
The closeness with horses, interaction with other small animals present at the equestrian center – such as dogs, cats, and swallows – and the study of native plants of the Po Valley allowed all the young people involved in the project to share important moments of growth.
